Hello, my name is Dennis Selsof, founder of the Driving School Network Association of the Americas and developer of the, self-directing, testing, correcting and record maintenance functions of a driver education monitoring and management software program specifically designed for driving schools. Members rules:

Two classes of members
1st class members associated member.
Associated member has one vote

2nd class of members : none-associated member dose not have right to vote.
None associated member upon resolution of board of directors in recognition of personal participation and achievements in purposes of corporation.

Organization: Classes of Membership

1. Administrative Corporate Officers and Administrative,
Staff, Elected or Appointed by the Board of
Directors to conduct day to day business of
the organization who have no vote.

2. Board of Directors Consisting of the Chair and Six Additional
members, Elected or Appointed by 1st Class
Members. Director Voting is weighted relative to their contribution to the organization and may have from one to ten votes in voting to conduct the business of the organization.

3. 1st Class Membership Qualifying Owners or Operators of Driving Schools, have one vote on voting to conduct the business of the organization.

4. 2nd Class Membership Qualifying Employee or the significant other of a Driving School Owner or Operator. They have no vote on the conduct of the business of the organization.

5. Associate Membership Friends and Contributors to the organization, such as Government Officials, Officers of similarly minded interest groups, Guest Speakers and others, whose aim is to expand the influence of the organization.
